Jigging Machine Overview
Jigging machine also named jigger equipment is used widely in coal mining industry for coal processing, coal selection, various coal mining and processing industry.

The world’s first manual jigging machine is manufactured in 1830 and the fixed sieve jigger appears in 1840. Now, we have piston type jigging machine, air chamber jigging machine with advanced jigging technology in mining industry.

Jigging Machine Application
Jigging machine or jigger is widely used the pretreatment of bulky grain ore, such as tungsten, copper, antimony, gold, manganese ore and other mental mine’s mill run.

Jigging Machine Working Principle
Jigging machine are intended for gravity separation by method of jigging. They are used for preparation of coals, ores of ferrous and non-ferrous metals with high efficiency of separation.

Jigging machines are equipped with modern system of pneumatic drive due to which efficiency of separation is essentially improved. Control system of jigging machine is intended for automatic control by process of jigging ensuring possibility of integration in control system of upper level with access to all technological parameters.

Double-deck table
Traditional shaking table occupies large areas, low in work capacity, great in customers’ investment, which annoys customers a lot. But there is no better solution to solve these problems. Double-deck table solves many problems in the course of using single deck table.

Double-deck table is characterized with covering small area, high work capacity, low cost, high rich ore ratio, high separating efficiency, easy to take care, convenient for adjusting stroke. When change cross fall and stroke still might maintain the surface of bed movement balance；the spring lays aside in box in vivo；the structure is compact, also it could obtain the final ore concentrate and the final debris one time.
